The Sheridan Heights Neighborhood Association supports the development and maintenance of our community while encouraging communication to make this truly your home. We strive to help all of our neighbors, regardless of activity status, because Love knows no boundary.  

Although Sheridan Heights IS NOT governed by a Homeowner's Association, we still seek to keep our community clean and healthy. Annual contributions by our members allow us to accomplish these goals for the neighborhood and our residents.

Paying is Part of Belonging

Per our bylaws, the benefits of your annual contribution include:

• Votes on S.H.A.N.E. matters 

• Charitable assistance from neighbors

• Contribute to the beautification of Sheridan Heights

• Receive S.H.A.N.E. t-shirts and other paraphernalia

• $50 per household per year

• Annual dues date: Sept. 1 - Oct. 31
